The Saudi Falcons Club announces its event dates for 2026

The club's activities, which last for approximately 120 days, aim to promote National HeritageAnd to confirm its local and international presence, in addition to supporting the falconry sector and developing related hobbies, and consolidating the Kingdom’s position as a global destination and home for falconers.
The club's first event
The club's first event of the year will be the International Falcon Breeding Farms Auction, held from August 5th to 25th, 2026. This auction will feature wide participation from leading local and international producers, falcon breeders, and breeding farms from around the world. Following this will be the Saudi Falcons Club Auction, dedicated to locally captured falcons (migrating peregrine falcon chicks). This auction will be open for two months, coinciding with the capture season, from October 1st to November 30th.
The beginning of October will also see the launch of the Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham (north of Riyadh). This is the largest event of its kind globally, welcoming visitors from October 1st to 10th, 2026. The exhibition will include dozens of events across the cultural, entertainment, tourism, and environmental sectors, all aimed at preserving the heritage of falconry and hunting and passing it on to future generations.

Cash prizes
The club will organize the Al-Malwah race from October 4th to 9th, 2026. Over six days, falconers will compete for cash prizes and race titles in several categories.
November will witness the highly anticipated annual King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival, the world's largest gathering of falcons, from November 17th to 30th, 2026. This year's festival broke its own world record for the number of participating falcons, setting a new record with 3,536 falcons competing in the Al-Malwah (400-meter lure) and beauty contests. These falcons competed for prizes exceeding 38 million riyals, as well as the King Abdulaziz Cup, the King's Sword, and the King's Spear.
Falconry skills
The 2026 events will conclude with the Falconry Club Cup, held from December 21st to 28th, featuring local falconers competing in races designed to showcase the falcons' skills and speed across the course.
It's worth noting that the Falconry Club events in 2025 attracted over 800,000 visitors and saw the participation of more than 5,200 falcons.
