The Minister of Interior welcomed the pilgrims and received the head of the Iranian Hajj Organization

His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, received in Jeddah the Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization of the Islamic of Iran Ali Reza Rashidian.
His Highness welcomed the pilgrims arriving from the Islamic Republic of Iran, praying that God would accept their Hajj and that they would return to their homeland safe and sound.
He emphasized the keenness of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince – may God protect them – to dedicate all human and technological resources to serving the pilgrims from around the world and providing them with the best possible services to facilitate their performance of the Hajj rituals with ease and tranquility.
Ali Reza Rashidian expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Kingdom for its comprehensive efforts and preparations in serving the pilgrims, praising the high level of organization and services provided.

The reception was attended by Assistant Minister of Interior Dr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al-Falih, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Security Affairs Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Faris, Director of Public Security and Head of the Hajj Security Committee Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami, Director General of the Minister’s Office for Studies and Research Major General Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Arwan, Director General of Legal Affairs and International Cooperation Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Issa, and Secretary General of the Supreme Hajj Committee Khalid bin Hamad Al-Sikhan.
