The Prophet's Mosque is preparing services to receive 3,200 male and female worshippers during the last ten days of Ramadan

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has prepared Integrated system Among the services provided to those observing Itikaf in the Prophet’s Mosque during the last ten days of the blessed month of Ramadan this year, is providing them with a spiritual environment filled with tranquility and peace of mind, which helps them to devote themselves to worship and perform the Itikaf ritual with ease and peace of mind.

Preparing the sites for men and women

The authority announced its readiness to receive 3,200 male and female worshippers, including 2,400 men and 800 women. worship sites on the eastern roof of the Prophet’s Mosque, while the women’s worship sites were allocated in the eastern expansion, within an organization that takes into account ease of access and smooth movement within the designated sites.

The retreat sites were equipped with four main halls comprising 48 sections, with a private locker provided for each retreatee to store luggage and personal belongings, in addition to preparing suitable spaces for each retreatee to ensure comfort while performing the rituals.

Various services to facilitate religious rites

The services provided to those observing i'tikaf include air conditioning and appropriate lighting, perfume and incense, breakfast and suhoor meals, safety systems, directional signs and informational screens, medical and first aid care, mobile device charging points, laundry service, and a bag containing personal hygiene items and sleep essentials for each person observing i'tikaf.
These efforts are part of the comprehensive services provided by the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque to ensure the comfort of pilgrims and visitors to the Prophet's Mosque, enabling those observing i'tikaf to perform their acts of worship in an atmosphere of security, tranquility, and devotion during the last ten days of Ramadan.
