The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing announced the launch of the second edition of the “Saudi Arabia Charity Stall 2026” initiative, a strategic step aimed at organizing and empowering the street vendor sector across the Kingdom. This initiative, held during the holy month of Ramadan in partnership with regional municipalities, is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to improve the urban landscape and enhance quality of life, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The 2026 edition builds on the resounding success of the inaugural “Basta Khair 2025.” The first edition saw widespread participation, with 1,732 vendors and nearly 814,000 visitors, reflecting broad community acceptance and a tangible economic impact. More importantly, the initiative achieved a 30% sustainability rate after its conclusion, with satisfaction levels reaching 90% among both participants and visitors.
