Speaking about the quality of services, Brazilian pilgrim Bilal Mohammed said that his acceptance into the program came after several attempts, describing the moment he received the news as one of the happiest moments of his life. He added that the Hajj pilgrimage had a profound impact on his behavior and character, praising the Kingdom's significant role in supporting Islamic work in Brazil in cooperation with Islamic centers there.
For his part, Haj Sami Ben Zainab from Tunisia, a lawyer who has visited many countries around the world, confirmed that the level of crowd management he witnessed during the Hajj season was a unique and very precise experience that he had never seen before, expressing his deep gratitude to the hospitable Saudi people for their good manners and kind treatment.
