The current group of pilgrims is hosting a total of 2,500 men and women, representing 104 countries from around the world. The pilgrims are diverse, including 1,300 prominent Islamic figures, scholars, preachers, and influential individuals from 102 countries. The royal initiative also included hosting 200 pilgrims from the Republic of Liberia, in addition to a significant humanitarian gesture of hosting 1,000 pilgrims from the families of martyrs and wounded members of the Sudanese armed forces who participated in the coalition operations "Decisive Storm" and "Restoring Hope.".

A meticulous operational plan was implemented, beginning with the pilgrims' departure from their home countries, continuing with their warm welcome at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, where they were offered roses, Zamzam water, and Saudi coffee. This comprehensive care continues to cover their stay in Makkah and the Holy Sites, providing them with every comfort for performing the Tawaf al-Qudum (arrival circumambulation) and the remaining rituals, culminating in their visit to the Prophet's Mosque, until their safe return home.
