The center reported that the governorate of Tarif in the Northern Borders region recorded the highest amount yesterday, Friday, at a rate of 21.4 mm.

Moderate to heavy thunderstorms are expected to continue, leading to flash floods, accompanied by hail and strong, gusty winds that will stir up dust and sand, potentially reducing horizontal visibility to near or zero. These storms
will affect parts of the Northern Borders, Al-Jawf, Tabuk, Madinah, Hail, and Qassim regions, extending to the northern parts of the Eastern Province, as well as parts of Makkah, Al-Baha, Asir, and Jazan regions. Light to moderate rain is expected in parts of the Riyadh region.
