Through 21 programs, 500 judges and leaders will be trained to keep pace with administrative judiciary legislation

The Board of Grievances completed training for more than 546 judges and senior officials through 21 intensive programs during April across various regions of the Kingdom. The aim was to enhance the efficiency of the administrative judiciary and reduce litigation time.
The Board revealed that these development programs totaled over 298 training hours, distributed among workshops and intensive courses conducted both in person and remotely.
The General Directorate of Judicial Affairs and the Human Resources Development Department oversaw the implementation of this training package to meet the demands of the work and the specific needs on the ground.
Key training tracks
The training programs focused on developing skills and knowledge related to administrative judicial systems and legislation, as well as integrating artificial intelligence applications into the judicial and administrative environment.
The sessions covered vital topics including institutional work requirements and sustainability, digital risk management, and enhancing cybersecurity, safety, and occupational health.
In a related context, the General Directorate of Human Resources organized a specialized workshop to evaluate and discuss innovative projects submitted to the "Judicial Intelligence" hackathon.
These development initiatives are undertaken with the direct guidance and supervision of His Excellency Dr. Ali Al-Ahaideb, to ensure that staff keep pace with rapid technological and legislative advancements.
These ongoing efforts contribute to achieving the Board of Grievances' strategic objectives, which include increasing the productivity of judicial departments and improving the quality of outcomes, thereby strengthening its leadership in administrative justice.
