The center indicated that the weather event, God willing, will begin at 2:00 PM today and continue until 8:00 PM, and is expected to be accompanied by strong winds, reduced horizontal visibility, thunderstorms, hail, and flash floods. The center urged everyone to take precautions, adhere to safety instructions, and avoid floodplains and valleys.
