Protecting pilgrims from exhaustion
Al-Otaibi stressed the importance of getting enough sleep, drinking plenty of water regularly, and eating light meals that give the body the energy needed to complete the ritual.
Pilgrims were advised to use sun umbrellas or stay in shaded areas as much as possible, especially during peak temperatures.
The Ministry warned against ignoring physical symptoms, stating that "in case of extreme fatigue or dizziness, one should stop immediately, rest, and seek medical assistance."
These guidelines are part of the Ministry of Interior's medical services awareness efforts aimed at providing a healthy and safe environment, and the Ministry wishes pilgrims a safe and healthy Hajj.
