Removal of 3 illegal construction sites covering an area of 3,000 m² in Jeddah

The Secretariat revealed Jeddah GovernorateRegarding the removal of three illegal construction sites in the Buraiman area, covering a total area of approximately 3000 square meters, as part of its ongoing efforts to address negative phenomena andImproving the urban landscape.
The work included removing a previously dealt with and re-developed yard, along with newly constructed shops, and a yard that was built in violation of regulations and is used in Business activities Irregular.

Intensifying oversight efforts
The mayor of Buraiman, Fahd Sharaf Al-Maliki, explained that the field efforts resulted in monitoring these sites and dealing with them in accordance with the regulatory procedures during the period from 29 Shaaban to 11 Shawwal, noting the continued intensification of monitoring work to address the violations and prevent their recurrence.
The Secretariat affirmed that it will continue monitoring and addressing the issue in accordance with regulations and instructions, calling on everyone to adhere to the legal procedures and not to encroach on the lands or engage in illegal activities.
