  • Security support: 180 scouts contributed to supporting the public security sectors with a total of 13,500 hours, which helped in organizing the large crowds that the Holy Mosque witnesses during the holy month.
  • Organizing the prayer areas: 60 scouts worked to organize the rows of worshippers inside the Grand Mosque and its courtyards, recording 4,500 volunteer hours.

The impact of volunteer services on visitor experience

These efforts are of paramount importance both locally and within the Islamic world, as the scouts' on-the-ground presence contributes to raising the quality of services provided to pilgrims. Through impactful initiatives such as the "Little Pilgrim" initiative, in which 30 scouts participated, caring for pilgrims' children for a total of 2,250 hours, parents can perform their rituals with peace of mind, leaving a profound and positive impact on visitors and enhancing their spiritual experience in the holy city of Mecca.

Support services and continued giving

On the side of support services that create an atmosphere of comfort, 15 scouts participated in the watering route with a total of 675 volunteer hours, while 15 others contributed to perfuming the corridors and courtyards, recording 1,125 hours, using more than 75,000 milliliters of luxury perfumes.

For his part, the camp leader, Ziad Qadir, explained that the public service camps will continue to provide their services until the end of the holy month, stressing that these camps are an educational incubator that contributes to strengthening the culture of volunteer work and developing the spirit of national belonging among young men and women, so that they may continue the journey of giving in service to the guests of God.
