Developing judicial services: Minister of Justice inspects Jeddah courts

The Ministry of Justice has focused on fully digitizing procedures through advanced electronic platforms such as the “Najiz” platform, facilitating access to diverse services and saving time and effort for citizens, residents, and investors alike. This historic transformation has moved the Saudi judiciary from traditional paper-based transactions to a fully integrated digital system that ensures accuracy and speed in handling cases of all types.

During his inspection tour, His Excellency the Minister of Justice met with a number of beneficiaries and visitors at the Jeddah courts, where he personally listened to their comments and inquiries regarding ongoing transactions. He directed that all noted issues be addressed immediately, emphasizing that beneficiary satisfaction and facilitating their experience are among the top priorities of the judicial system. Al-Samaani pointed out that the quality of judicial performance is closely linked to the clarity and accessibility of procedures for everyone, without complication.

In a meeting with court presidents and staff in Jeddah, the Minister of Justice expressed his appreciation for the generous and substantial support the judicial system receives from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz – may God protect them both. His Excellency emphasized the need to enhance the quality of judicial rulings, improve performance efficiency, and work diligently to expedite the enforcement of rights, which directly contributes to strengthening the credibility of the Saudi judiciary both domestically and internationally.
