Graduation of the 107th batch from King Faisal Air College under the patronage of the Deputy Minister of Defense

On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, His Highness Prince Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf, Deputy Minister of Defense, today sponsored the graduation ceremony of the 107th batch of students of King Faisal Air College, at the college headquarters in Riyadh, amidst a festive atmosphere that reflected the readiness of the Royal Saudi Air Force and the efficiency of its training outputs.
Upon his arrival at the college headquarters, His Highness was received by His Excellency the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, His Excellency the Commander of the Air Force, Lieutenant General Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, and the Acting Commander of King Faisal Air College, Major General Pilot Ali bin Mohammed Al-Hammad. The Royal Anthem was played immediately upon His Highness’s arrival, signaling the start of the ceremony, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
A prestigious military institution and world-class curricula
King Faisal Air College is one of the most prominent military institutions in the region, having consistently provided the Royal Saudi Air Force with elite pilots and technicians qualified to the highest international standards since its establishment. The graduation of this class is a continuation of the college's ongoing contributions to strengthening the Kingdom's defense capabilities, in line with the Ministry of Defense's development objectives and the Armed Forces Development Program.
In his address during the ceremony, the Commandant of the College welcomed His Highness the Deputy Minister of Defense, expressing his appreciation for his generous patronage, which embodies the wise leadership's commitment to supporting military personnel. He affirmed that the graduates had completed all training and academic requirements in various specializations, relying on the latest curricula and technological systems that keep pace with the rapid advancements in military aviation science.
Regional cooperation and strategic partnerships
As an indication of the depth of fraternal relations and joint military cooperation between the Kingdom and its brothers, the batch included 107 graduates from the sisterly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, reflecting the prestigious position that the college enjoys regionally, and its role in qualifying Arab military personnel to be an impregnable fortress for their homelands.
Graduate Abdulaziz bin Safar Al-Shahrani delivered the graduates' speech, in which he expressed his and his colleagues' pride in this historic day in their professional lives, pledging to God and then to the leadership to defend the homeland and its sanctities, asking God to perpetuate the blessing of security and safety upon the Kingdom under its wise leadership.
Loyalty and Honoring Outstanding Individuals Department
The ceremony concluded with the graduates taking their oath, followed by the college anthem, which was sung with patriotic fervor, before the overall results for the graduating class were announced. His Highness the Deputy Minister of Defense honored the outstanding students who received awards for excellence in various disciplines, and he received a commemorative gift from the college commandant on this occasion.
The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs, Dr. Khalid bin Hussein Al-Bayari, a number of senior officers of the armed forces, and the parents of the graduates.
