The announced list includes some of the brightest names in world cinema, honoring French actress Juliette Binoche, an Academy Award winner, and acclaimed Algerian director Rachid Bouchareb, a three-time Oscar nominee best known for his epic film "Days of Glory." The list also features British icon Sir Michael Caine , a two-time Oscar winner whose unforgettable performances in "The Dark Knight" are etched in cinematic history, as well as veteran director and producer Stanley Tong , and acclaimed American actress Sigourney Weaver, star of the popular "Alien" film series.
