King Abdulaziz University launches Technical Center 3 to support the labor market

King Abdulaziz University, represented by the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, launched the third edition of its annual technology event, TechHub3 . This prominent event aims to promote a culture of technological innovation and connect academic learning outcomes with the actual needs of the job market. The event will continue until April 29th at the faculty's premises.

This event comes under the generous patronage of the Vice President of the University for Educational Affairs, to embody an integrated system that seeks to build qualitative and sustainable partnerships between the academic and professional sectors, with the participation of supporting and partner entities, led by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) as a knowledge partner, and the Scientific Endowment as a strategic partner.

Dr. Sanaa added that the accompanying exhibition supports promising student projects and opens up avenues for investment collaboration, thus reinforcing the university's position as a key driver of innovation. The event features a rich professional program including more than 15 panel discussions, 19 practical workshops, and 11 specialized meetings. These events, with the participation of leading experts, cover topics such as the Internet of Things, robotics, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship.

The academic area also features a specialized exhibition of student projects and booths for sponsoring companies, in addition to organizing professional mentoring sessions. Interactive competitions in cybersecurity, competitive programming, and environmental innovation will be held throughout the event, aiming to attract and motivate talent to develop innovative technological solutions.
