For the design of electronic chips... Registration is open for the "Chipathon 2" hackathon

“Chipathon 2” is a unique initiative aimed at discovering and qualifying national talents, and developing their skills in the field of designing electronic chips related to artificial intelligence applications, through an applied experience that combines academic knowledge with real industrial challenges, in addition to stimulating innovation, and building a base of designers capable of competing globally.
Chipathon Hackathon
The hackathon comprises several stages, beginning with participant registration, followed by selection and team formation, then remote training programs starting Sunday, April 5, 2026, leading up to the chip design challenge, and culminating in a closing ceremony showcasing the participating teams' work.
The hackathon is sponsored by a number of specialized companies, which offer training programs.
national capabilities
The second edition of the Chipathon is being organized as part of the National Laboratory's efforts to develop national capabilities in integrated circuit design. It aims to attract over 1,000 male and female students to develop 10 advanced prototypes of electronic chips designed for artificial intelligence applications, thus contributing to the strengthening of the national innovation ecosystem.
