A digital project to develop judicial grievance procedures in the Board of Grievances
The Board of Grievances in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by its Digital Judicial Operations Center, has launched a new electronic initiative aimed at gathering feedback from beneficiaries on evaluating and improving judicial grievance procedures, specifically the mechanism for "requesting an appeal against the non-delivery of a judgment." This pioneering step, taken through the "Moeen" digital platform, is part of a concerted effort to enhance the litigation experience and expedite case processing in administrative courts.
The Diwan revealed that this strategic project represents the second initiative of the Digital Judicial Operations Center. The project primarily aims to monitor the feedback of subscribers and direct beneficiaries regarding the available services, and to measure their satisfaction levels transparently and objectively. The electronic survey focuses on identifying technical and procedural challenges that users may encounter during use, to ensure their immediate resolution based on precise performance indicators and periodic measurements that guarantee the sustainability of quality.
