Field operations are scheduled to begin on the first of Dhu al-Qi'dah and continue at full capacity until mid-Muharram 1448 AH. The plan includes allocating 10 operational sectors supported by an operational force exceeding 90 ambulance units. This force includes 54 fully equipped ambulances, in addition to 27 rapid intervention teams using a variety of vehicles including motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, golf carts, and electric "Rafida" vehicles that facilitate access in congested areas. The fleet has also been bolstered with specialized response vehicles dedicated to disasters and multi-casualty incidents, with an emphasis on the complete readiness of air ambulance services for the rapid transport of critical cases.

The emergency medical system relies on a trained national workforce, with over 700 paramedics, technicians, and administrative staff participating. The Medical Relocation Center plays a pivotal role in receiving emergency calls via the 997 emergency number or the "Is'afni" (Help Me) application, and forwarding them electronically through the "Electronic Paramedic" system.
