Al-Dossari added that he personally exercises for one to one and a half hours daily, emphasizing the importance of undergoing regular medical checkups every six months as a preventative measure against illness.

For his part, resident Atef Fadl explained that the Kingdom places great importance on public health, noting that maintaining fitness has become a clear societal culture thanks to the significant expansion of walking trails and stricter oversight of restaurants. Fadl stated that he has witnessed a continuous improvement in quality of life since his first visit to the Kingdom in 1996, praising the stimulating environment that encourages individuals to adopt a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Conversely, citizen Abdulrahman Al-Muslim cautioned against some negative social customs, such as the excessive serving of rich foods during social gatherings, while noting that public awareness is gradually increasing towards understanding the necessity of a balanced diet.

The child, Saleh Al-Sayari, concluded the opinions by emphasizing that physical activity injects strength and vitality into bodies, pointing out his absolute preference for healthy eating options to ensure proper growth and effective prevention of health problems in the future.
