The state-of-the-art administrative section aims to attract 150 boats monthly, with an average daily production of 40 kilograms per boat, and offers the flexibility to accommodate any future increase in production.

Advanced center to reduce boat breakdowns

In a related development, and to ensure business continuity and minimize financial losses, the program established an advanced technical maintenance center. This center aims to reduce boat downtime, provide genuine spare parts, and conduct technical fault analysis. It includes a metal workshop equipped with advanced towing and hauling equipment, and an administrative building for operations management, with a capacity of 20 to 25 boats per month. Through this operational integration, the program seeks to localize and develop the skills of national technical personnel, enabling them to provide highly professional post-maintenance services that ensure the sustainability and future prosperity of the maritime sector.
