Graduation of the 39th batch of students from King Fahd Naval College in Jubail

is King Fahd Naval College a prestigious academic and military institution, established to be the primary source of highly qualified officers for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces. Since its inception in Jubail Industrial City, the college has been committed to keeping pace with the latest developments in naval and military sciences. The college's significance lies in graduating successive generations capable of operating and managing the most advanced naval systems, thus contributing directly to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 related to localizing military industries and enhancing the combat readiness of the armed forces to protect Saudi Arabia's extensive coastlines on the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf. The college provides rigorous and intensive training programs that simulate real combat environments, ensuring the graduation of officers with the highest levels of discipline, professionalism, and decisive decision-making ability.
Ceremony to celebrate and honor outstanding graduates
Upon his arrival at the college, His Royal Highness the Deputy Minister of Defense was received by His Excellency the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, His Excellency the Chief of Staff of the Naval Forces, Vice Admiral Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Gharibi, and the Acting Commandant of the College, Rear Admiral Yasser bin Ali Al-Numair. Immediately upon His Royal Highness's arrival, the Royal Anthem was played, and the ceremony commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran. Following this, the Commandant of the College delivered a speech welcoming His Royal Highness and expressing his gratitude for his presence. Subsequently, the college flag was presented, the graduates took the military oath, and the overall results were announced. His Royal Highness the Deputy Minister of Defense then honored the outstanding students and received a commemorative gift from the Commandant. The ceremony concluded with the graduates receiving their military ranks and commemorative photographs being taken of His Royal Highness with the graduates before the Royal Anthem was played again.

The college commander explained that the graduating class included graduates from various military sectors within the Kingdom, such as the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, the Border Guard, and the Special Forces for Environmental Security.
