The journey of technological transformation and the development of digital services in the Two Holy Mosques
Historically, since its unification, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has given great attention and care to the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors. With the rapid technological advancements the world is witnessing, the Presidency's strategy has shifted from providing traditional services to adopting the latest smart technologies. This radical transformation was not a sudden occurrence, but rather an extension of well-considered strategic plans aimed at digitizing all religious, guidance, and counseling services, thus aligning with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which places serving the pilgrims at the forefront of its priorities and aspires to present a leading global model in crowd management and technological guidance.

Meanwhile, the Presidency's official website recorded a record number of visitors, exceeding 2,658,043. These efforts were not limited to this, but also included broadcasting translations of the sermons from the Two Holy Mosques, which garnered 336,366 views, totaling 330 hours of translation. This underscores the leadership's commitment to conveying the message of the Two Holy Mosques to all Muslims in their various languages.

Global and local impact of the technology system
The success of these indicators reflects more than just numbers and statistics; it highlights the profound importance and impact of these initiatives at the local, regional, and international levels. Locally, these services contribute to organizing the movement of pilgrims and providing them with immediate religious guidance. Regionally and internationally, offering reliable religious content in multiple languages enhances the Kingdom's soft power and disseminates the message of moderate Islam to millions of Muslims worldwide who are unable to travel to Mecca and Medina. The General Presidency for Religious Affairs affirms that these achievements reflect the success of its system in reaching the widest possible audience, thereby strengthening religious awareness and fulfilling the objectives of the wise leadership.
