Link to book Hajj packages for domestic pilgrims 1447 AH via Nusk

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in a move aimed at facilitating the Hajj pilgrimage for 1447 AH, announced the start of the booking phase for Hajj packages for pilgrims residing within the Kingdom, whether citizens or residents with valid residency permits. This step follows the initial data registration phase that began on the sixth of Ramadan, with procedures being completed through the “Nusk” application and the Ministry’s website.
Digital transformation and facilitating the journey of pilgrims
The launch of early and online booking services comes within the context of the comprehensive digital transformation underway in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in line with the goals of Vision 2030. Whereas Hajj procedures in previous decades relied on paper transactions and in-person visits, the Ministry has brought about a qualitative leap through the “Nusk” platform and the electronic portal. This historic development has not only facilitated the registration process but also ensured data accuracy and speed of completion, reflecting the wise leadership's commitment to harnessing technology to serve pilgrims to the Two Holy Mosques and provide a seamless spiritual experience free from administrative burdens.
Details of Hajj package bookings for 1447 AH and payment mechanism
The ministry explained that applicants at this stage can review the available packages, choose the one that best suits their needs, and then generate a booking invoice and pay via the "SADAD" system. This mechanism is characterized by its flexibility and fairness, as precise payment deadlines have been set to ensure the seriousness of the booking
- The payment deadline for the invoice continues for (72) hours for reservations made up to 27/11/1447 AH.
- The deadline is reduced to (6) hours only for bookings that start from 28/11/1447 AH.
The reservation is automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the specified period, thus giving other beneficiaries the opportunity and preventing the reservation of seats without actual entitlement.
The regulatory and economic impact of the electronic pathway
The unified electronic booking system holds immense importance that extends far beyond mere registration; it serves as an effective tool for enhancing transparency and fairness in the allocation of opportunities for those wishing to perform Hajj. Locally, this system helps eliminate fraudulent campaigns and unregulated pricing, thus protecting pilgrims' financial rights. Regionally and internationally, this meticulous organization strengthens the Kingdom's reputation and its exceptional ability to efficiently and effectively manage millions of pilgrims, setting a benchmark for the management of major religious events worldwide.
Cancellation Policy and Financial Terms
The ministry noted that the cancellation policy is clear in order to protect the rights of all parties, as applicants can cancel their reservation and receive a refund according to the following schedule:
- Cancellation before the permit is issued and up to 30/10/1447 AH: is done without deducting any amounts.
- Cancellation after the permit has been issued: The applicable discounts will be determined according to the date of the request.
- Effective 01/12/1447 AH: No refunds will be given for any amounts paid upon cancellation.
The Ministry called on those wishing to perform the pilgrimage to quickly complete the procedures for booking Hajj packages for 1447 AH via the official link http://onelink.to/nusuk, stressing the readiness of the unified call center (1966) to respond to all inquiries around the clock.
