Whereas Hajj procedures in previous decades relied on paper transactions and in-person visits, the Ministry has brought about a qualitative leap through the “Nusk” platform and the electronic portal. The ministry explained that applicants at this stage can review the available packages, choose the one that best suits their needs, and then generate a booking invoice and pay via the "SADAD" system. This mechanism is characterized by its flexibility and fairness, as precise payment deadlines have been set to ensure the seriousness of the booking
- The payment deadline for the invoice continues for (72) hours for reservations made up to 27/11/1447 AH.
- The deadline is reduced to (6) hours only for bookings that start from 28/11/1447 AH.
The reservation is automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the specified period, thus giving other beneficiaries the opportunity and preventing the reservation of seats without actual entitlement.

- Cancellation after the permit has been issued: The applicable discounts will be determined according to the date of the request.
- Effective 01/12/1447 AH: No refunds will be given for any amounts paid upon cancellation.
