"11 stages" for evaluating teachers' job performance... Results in June and appeals resolved in July

The ministry revealed that the new evaluation system will begin with a “self-assessment” phase that will last for one week between April 19 and 23, 2026.
She explained that this organizational step gives educational staff a crucial opportunity to participate effectively and demonstrate competence, before the file moves to the next stage.
The procedures indicated that two full weeks would be allocated to evaluate the “direct manager” as a cornerstone dedicated to monitoring field achievements with extreme accuracy.
Results publication date
The Ministry indicated that the evaluation process will then be transferred to the designated director, paving the way for the system's final closure at the end of May.
The Ministry of Education has set June 4, 2026, as the deadline for publishing the official results on its approved platforms for all those covered by the regulatory decision.
It confirmed that the appeals process will be open for two consecutive weeks immediately following the announcement of the results, ensuring that teachers have sufficient time to submit their arguments and necessary documents.
The guidelines stipulate that directors are obligated to provide statements to review appeals and ensure their complete alignment with the observed professional and practical reality throughout the academic year.
emphasized that pending cases will be referred to the appeals committees in the education departments and the main committee for a thorough field review lasting four consecutive weeks.
The Ministry announced that the main committees will conclude their work and finalize their recommendations on July 23, 2026.
It also confirmed that all performance evaluation files will be closed before the start of the new academic year, with direct electronic channels available to support technical inquiries.
