A statement on the Public Security account on the X platform read: “The media spokesperson for Riyadh police stated that, in coordination with the Ministry of Sports, a number of individuals were arrested due to a brawl at a sporting event.” The statement
added: “They were detained, the necessary legal procedures were taken against them, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.”
