The Ministry of Environment documents rainfall at 16 hydrological and climatological stations in the Kingdom

According to the daily report of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture on monitoring rainfall amounts in all regions of the Kingdom, 16 hydrological and climatic monitoring stations recorded rainfall in the regions of (Makkah, Asir, Northern Borders, Al-Baha and Al-Jawf) during the past twenty-four hours.

The report indicated that the Makkah region recorded 3.7 mm in Maysan Governorate, 3.2 mm at Al-Hada station in Taif, 3.0 mm on Al-Shafa Ring Road in Taif, and 2.9 mm in Haddad Bani Malik in Taif, while the Asir region recorded 3.6 mm at Al-Mada station in Tarib, and 1.8 mm in Malhat Al-Habab in Tarib Governorate.

Rainfall amounts in Saudi Arabia regions

The report indicated that the Northern Borders region recorded 1.6 mm of rainfall at Arar Airport, while the Al-Jawf region recorded 0.5 mm at the Al-Jawf Airport monitoring station.
