The Board of Grievances: No leniency will be shown towards any shortcomings in serving the pilgrims of the House of God

The Board of Grievances affirmed that the administrative judiciary does not tolerate any negligence affecting the service of pilgrims to the Sacred House of God, as evidenced by what it published today in its judicial blogs, summarizing a ruling issued by one of its administrative appeals courts, which upheld the decision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to revoke the license of a company engaged in organizing the arrival of pilgrims from abroad, due to its commission of a number of violations related to the accommodation of pilgrims Pilgrims And housing them, in addition to violating the regulations governing the activity.
The ruling clarified that the company in question had acquired a number of companies and tourism agencies in violation of regulations, and that shortcomings in the services provided were also establishedGuests of the Most MercifulAfter the Administrative Court of Appeal considered the lawsuit filed in objection to the ruling of the Administrative Court in the Makkah region, it concluded that the regulatory procedures taken by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah were sound, and that the violations attributed to the company were proven, especially after it admitted to a number of them during the investigation.
