At the outset of the event, Al-Lahibi emphasized the importance of integrating efforts to enhance the quality of field performance and support professional practices to achieve a sustainable impact. Dr. Hamoud Al-Samha noted that the educational transformation is moving towards establishing a culture of measurable impact.
He explained that performance monitoring has become a data-driven strategic tool to support decision-making and achieve sustainable quality that aligns with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, stressing the need to move from the implementation phase to "creating impact" in order to build a globally competitive generation.

Development recommendations
The meeting featured a showcase of innovative initiatives at the accompanying exhibition, along with presentations on "Monitoring Commitment in Student Guidance" and "Integrating Roles and Understanding Impact." A workshop on enabling student guidance to achieve integration was also held, and a distinguished case study in data-driven guidance for performance and discipline was presented.
The meeting concluded with the issuance of developmental recommendations for the student guidance system and the recognition of participants for their valuable contributions.
