Details of the Minister of Hajj's meetings with representatives of countries, Umrah companies, and travel platforms

During his meeting with representatives of the countries, he stressed that the wise directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect them - emphasize the need to exert all efforts and provide services with high efficiency to care for the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
During the meetings, ways to enhance joint cooperation to improve and develop the quality of services provided were discussed. Operational challenges and the coordination of efforts between the Kingdom and all countries were
also addressed, with the aim of facilitating entry procedures. The Kingdom's commitment to building strategic partnerships with various countries was emphasized, which will strengthen the integration of services within the system and elevate the level of coordination in the areas of transportation, visas, awareness campaigns, and digital services.

Umrah companies
In the same vein, representatives of Saudi Umrah companies met to align operational priorities and approaches, discuss field challenges and proposed solutions to improve performance, thereby enhancing service quality and the experience of pilgrims and visitors. They also met to strengthen communication channels and ongoing coordination with the companies.
International Umrah agents also met, where they discussed enhancing communication and solidifying the Umrah and Visit Forum as a platform that brings together all relevant local and international stakeholders. They also discussed aligning policies, operational priorities, and market developments, and strengthening cooperation to leverage the insights of regulators in developing services and improving the pilgrim experience.

On the side of enhancing digital integration in the travel experience, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah met with a number of representatives of global electronic travel agencies, and discussed aligning digital distribution and operation models, developing direct linking and data exchange channels, and enhancing digital integration between the Ministry and electronic travel platforms and agents, through direct linking and data exchange, in addition to aligning digital distribution and operation models, enabling integration with “Masar” to improve booking management, pricing and experience, and establishing the Umrah and Visit Forum as an official platform, while benefiting from the platforms’ views to develop the sector digitally.
