Trump: We don't need China's help to end the war with Iran

US President Donald Trump that he does not need China's to end the war with Iran, but said he would have a long talk with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping at their summit this week.
Before heading to China, Trump reporters: “We will have lengthy discussions on this subject.”
Trump: We control Iran
Trump stressed that he does not need Xi’s help to find a way out of the conflict that erupted two and a half months ago following an American-Israeli attack, which later turned into a conflict over control of the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump said: “There are many things we will discuss. I’m not saying Iran is one of them because we have a lot of control over Iran. Either we make a deal, or we will crush them.”.
Chinese aid to Iran
This comes as reports indicate that China continues to help arm Iran and purchase sanctioned oil.
China is a major economic partner of Iran, buying the majority of its oil production from Tehran, and is one of its strongest diplomatic backers.
Trump said Xi's performance was "relatively good."
He pointed out that the Chinese get a large part of their oil from that region, and said: “We have not faced any problem. He is a friend of mine, and someone we get along with.”.
