Madinah: Shuttle bus service hours extended during the last ten days of Ramadan
City Bus Project , overseen by the Madinah its shuttle bus service hours during the last ten days of Ramadan to facilitate the movement of worshippers and visitors to and from the Prophet's Mosque and Quba Mosque.
The project explained that the service begins daily at 3:00 PM and continues until half an hour after the Tahajjud prayer, operating on several routes and at various stations throughout Madinah. This aims to make it easier for worshippers and visitors to reach these holy sites during these blessed days.
Improving the experience of visitors and worshippers
The extension of service hours comes as part of efforts to improve the experience of visitors and worshippers during the month of Ramadan, regulate public transportation, and alleviate traffic congestion in the central area and the sites surrounding the Prophet’s Mosque and Quba Mosque, in order to achieve the highest levels of comfort and safety for users of public transportation in Madinah.
