Riyadh: Two residents arrested for abusing a child and promoting narcotics

Police Department's Criminal Investigation and Research Division arrested Riyadh two Syrian residents who appeared in a video abusing a child by feeding him a substance controlled by law, violating both the Child Protection Law and the Cybercrime Law. They were also found to be trafficking narcotics using two stolen vehicles.
An undisclosed amount of money was seized from them. They were detained, legal procedures were initiated against them, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.
