The center explained that the weather system is accompanied by several impactful phenomena, including high-speed winds and reduced or near-zero horizontal visibility.
This is in addition to thunderstorms and hail, as well as the possibility of flash floods in some areas.
The center urged citizens and residents to exercise caution, adhere to safety guidelines, and avoid valleys and flood channels to ensure their safety during this period of severe weather.

predicted The National Center for Meteorology's report weather moderate to heavy thunderstorms across the Kingdom, leading to flash floods.
The report also indicated that the storms would be accompanied by hail in parts of Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, the Eastern Province, Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Makkah, Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran.
Meanwhile, active winds stirring up dust and sand are expected in parts of these regions, as well as in parts of Tabuk, Hail, and Madinah.
