Red alert: Heavy rain expected in parts of 6 regions today, Thursday

issued The National Center of Meteorology in its weather a "red alert" heavy rain in parts of six regions on Thursday.
The phenomenon began at 1:00 AM in some areas and at 2:00 AM in others, and is expected to continue until 5:00 PM.
The accompanying effects include: strong winds, reduced horizontal visibility, hail, flash floods, high waves, and thunderstorms.

Eastern Province: Jubail, Khobar, Dammam, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Khafji, Nairyah, and Thurayyah Al-Ulya.
Makkah: Khurmah, Muwayh, Turabah, Ranyah, Adham, Maysan, Thadiq, Huraymila, Rumah, Dhurma, Marat, and Taif.
Riyadh: Zulfi, Ghat, Majmaah, Shaqra, Ar-Rayn, Al-Quway'iyah, Ad-Dawadmi, and Afif.

Al-Qassim: Al-Asyah, Al-Badai, Al-Bukayriyah, Al-Thamirah, Al-Shamasiyah, Al-Ammar, Al-Mudhnib, Buraydah, Unayzah, Uyun Al-Jawa, Abanat, Al-Khabra, Ar-Rass, Al-Fawarah, An-Nabhaniah, Riyadh Al-Khabra, Dhariyah, and Uqlat As-Suqur.
Asir: An-Namas, Balqarn, and Tanomah.
Al-Baha: Al-Aqiq, Al-Qura, Al-Mandaq, Al-Baha, Baljurashi, and Bani Hassan.
