These events fall under the umbrella of the Quality of Life Program, one of the key programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and are organized by the Ministry of Media in strategic partnership with the General Entertainment Authority. These efforts aim to promote the concepts of human coexistence and tolerance, and to transform Riyadh into a global hub for diverse cultures. By providing residents with the opportunity to showcase their cultures, the Kingdom strengthens its harmonious social fabric, presenting a civilized model of respect for cultural diversity and openness to others, thus solidifying its international standing as a center for human and cultural exchange.
