Fog formation is also possible during the night and early morning hours in the southwestern and western highlands, which may affect traffic on mountain roads.

Regarding the maritime conditions, the report indicated that surface winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds ranging from 21 to 42 km/h, with wave heights between one and two meters, resulting in a slight to moderate sea state. In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 22 to 40 km/h, potentially reaching 50 km/h with the formation of thunderstorms and rain over the central region. This will lead to wave heights reaching up to two and a half meters, and rough sea conditions in those areas.
