These active winds will not only be fleeting, but their direct effects have also stirred up dust and sand, especially in open areas and on the highways connecting these governorates, leading to a significant decrease in horizontal visibility to between 3 and 5 kilometers. The center stated that this condition will continue, God willing, until 6:00 PM today.

Conversely, cold to very cold weather will continue in the northern regions, specifically in parts of Hail, Al-Jawf, and the Northern Borders, extending to the northern parts of the Eastern Province.
