Islamic Affairs organizes a Holy Quran competition in Kosovo

As part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to serve and disseminate the Holy Quran worldwide, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance announced the organization Holy Quran Competition in Kosovo . This initiative is spearheaded by the Religious Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in fruitful cooperation with the Islamic Community of Kosovo. This local competition for boys and girls aims to encourage the younger generation to memorize and recite the Holy Quran, with the participation of 100 contestants from various cities across Kosovo, from April 17 to 19, 2026.

The final rounds and closing ceremony are scheduled to take place in Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, on Sunday, April 19, 2026.
