• Third-year high school students, given that the support is intended for the next academic year, in which they will have graduated and moved on to university or the labor market.
• Students who do not possess valid official identification documents issued by the competent official authorities.

The school administration registers the student's initial data and identifies their guardian. Once registered, the guardian receives a text message and is given a period of no more than five days to complete the online form. If there is no response within this period, the school has the right to replace the student with another from the waiting list, provided that the reason for removal is documented to ensure transparency.

Special priority for the children of fallen soldiers

In recognition of the immense sacrifices made by the nation's heroes, the directives emphasized giving the highest priority in registration to the children of fallen soldiers.
