Saudi Scouts conclude project management course in Jeddah for leadership development

In a move aimed at strengthening institutional and professional work in the non-profit sector, the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association its "Scouting Project Management" course, hosted by Jeddah Governorate at the Student Center. The course saw active participation from 50 male and female trainees representing various scouting sectors across the Kingdom, as part of the association's comprehensive strategy to develop national competencies.

The Commissioner for Leadership Development at the Association's Secretariat, Mohammed Al-Suwaid, explained that the course focused on transitioning scouting from individual efforts to organized, institutional work. The training program included a range of specialized topics, including:
