Abdulmohsen Al-Nimr crowned favorite actor
In the fiercely competitive drama category this year, the esteemed Saudi star Abdulmohsen Al-Nemer won the "Favorite Actor" award for his complex and outstanding performance in the series "Al-Marsa." This victory crowns a distinguished artistic career for Al-Nemer, who triumphed in the public vote over a host of other Arab stars, including Moatasem Al-Nahar for "Nafs," Hesham Maged for "Ashghal Shaqqa Jiddan," and Abdulrahman Bin Nafea for "Shari' Al-A'sha."
"Al-A'sha Street" is the best Gulf series
Continuing its trend of excellence in Saudi drama, the Saudi series "Shari' al-A'sha" won the "Favorite Gulf Series" award, which was presented to the cast by Egyptian actor Mohamed Henedy. This victory is a testament to the qualitative leap in local drama production, as the series outperformed strong competitors such as "Al-Marsa," "Ummi," and "Saif 99.".
Young faces and promising talents
As part of its support for emerging talent, young actress Taraf Al-Obaidi won the "Favorite New Face" award for her impactful performance in the series "My Mother," surpassing her competitors Ali Al-Baili, Lama Abdulwahab, and Roussel Al-Ibrahim.
