The center explained in its statement that the rainy weather will be accompanied by hail and strong winds that will stir up dust and sand, reducing horizontal visibility. This weather pattern will affect parts of the Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Qassim, and Riyadh regions. The effects will also extend to parts of the Eastern Province and the Northern Borders region, while light to moderate rain is expected in parts of the Najran region. The report did not rule out the formation of fog during the night and early morning hours in the western and southwestern highlands.

Wave heights will range from 1 to 2.5 meters, with sea conditions ranging from moderate to rough.
- Arabian Gulf: Surface winds will be northwesterly to northerly at 20-40 km/h, gusting to 45 km/h with thunderstorms. Wave height will range from 1 to 2.5 meters, resulting in a slight to moderate sea state, becoming choppy at times.
