The authority explained that the connection process is subject to precise and transparent regulatory procedures, which begin as soon as the service becomes available in the targeted neighborhoods. Beneficiaries are notified of the need to connect to the network through multiple reliable communication channels, including SMS messages, electronic notifications via government platforms, and direct communication through call centers and the service providers' websites, to ensure that information reaches beneficiaries in a timely manner so they can take the necessary actions.

Regarding the financial aspect, the Authority clarified that the fees for connecting to the sewage network are calculated based on the regulations approved by the esteemed Council of Ministers on November 30, 1441 AH (corresponding to 2020).
