The President of King Khalid University, Dr. Faleh bin Raja'a Allah Al-Sulami, inaugurated the "Asir Follows the Example" blood donation initiative at the university hospital in the Al-Fara'a campus. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Director General of the General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Training in the Asir region, Dr. Ahmed bin Ayed Al-Muraie. The campaign has been expanded to include Bisha University

In the same vein, the efforts were not limited to King Khalid University; the campaign was also launched at Bisha University. The blood donation campaign at King Khalid University continues until May 31st, providing ample opportunity for all those wishing to participate. Designated donation sites are open daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Donors can visit the blood bank at the university hospital or the mobile blood donation unit located near the university's main campus, which is equipped with the latest medical technology to facilitate and expedite the donation process.
