Salary payment delay: Human Resources allows direct implementation

The ministry clarified that if an employment contract is documented or updated after October 2025, it is considered an official enforceable instrument. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development indicated that if 30 days have passed since the due date for wages without the employer paying them in full, the worker has the right to directly submit an enforcement request through the Ministry of Justice's "Najiz" platform. This step saves considerable time and effort, as the worker will no longer need to file a traditional labor lawsuit or go through lengthy amicable settlement procedures, thus making the issue of delayed wage payments faster and more effective for cases covered by this initiative.
