Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jazan Region, and in the presence of his deputy, His Highness Prince Nasser bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, the Jazan Region launched the “Jazan Festival 2026” on Thursday evening in a grand ceremony held at the Jazan City waterfront. In a statement, Waleed bin Sultan Al-Sanaawi, Deputy Governor of Jazan Region and General Supervisor of the Festival's Supreme Executive Committee, explained that the Jazan Festival 2026 represents a continuation of the unlimited support the region receives from the wise leadership and the follow-up of His Royal Highness the Governor of the region and His Royal Highness the Deputy Governor. Al-Sanaawi emphasized that the festival serves as a comprehensive platform to showcase the region's cultural identity and activate community participation, noting that the events will continue for several months to provide an integrated tourism experience that reflects national unity and the pride of the people of Jazan in their rich heritage.
