The meeting was attended on the Saudi side by His Excellency the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs, Dr. Khalid bin Hussein Al-Bayari, His Excellency the Advisor to His Highness the Minister of Defense for Intelligence Affairs, Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif, and the CEO of the Saudi-British Defense Cooperation Program and Head of the Salam Project, Major General Pilot Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Qudairi.
On the British side, the meeting was attended by the United Kingdom's Ambassador to the Kingdom, Stephen Charles Hitchin, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Harvey Smith, and a number of military and diplomatic officials from both countries.
