- The coldest areas (below 10 degrees): Tarif, Sakaka, and Al-Soudah recorded the lowest temperatures at 5 degrees Celsius, followed by Hail, Tabuk, Arar, and Al-Qurayyat at 6 degrees Celsius. Rafha recorded 7 degrees, Buraidah, the Ad-Dahna desert, and Ad-Daman 8 degrees, and Abha and Al-Majma'ah 9 degrees Celsius.
