Riyadh will host the International Forum for Social Responsibility 2026 under the patronage of the King

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - the capital, Riyadh, is preparing to host the "Global CSR Forum 2026", organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, during the period from 5 to 6 October 2026. This event confirms the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's position as a global center for development and economic dialogue.
A global event that reinforces Saudi leadership
Hosting the second edition of this forum comes as a continuation of the great successes achieved by the first edition, which received widespread acclaim both locally and internationally. The forum aims to emphasize the pivotal role the Kingdom plays in shaping modern concepts of social responsibility, moving beyond the traditional concept of charity to one of comprehensive sustainability and long-term developmental impact.
The forum is expected to see wide participation from leading ministers, decision-makers, CEOs of major global companies, and representatives of international organizations. Participants will discuss the latest developments in sustainability and review global best practices for delivering innovative solutions that support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Social responsibility and the Kingdom's Vision 2030
This forum acquires particular strategic importance in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 , which has established social responsibility as one of its fundamental pillars for building a vibrant society and a thriving economy. Through its national programs, the Kingdom seeks to increase the contribution of the non-profit sector to the GDP and promote corporate social and environmental responsibility.
The forum is an ideal platform for integrating private sector efforts with government initiatives, as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development works to enable companies to adopt environmental and social governance (ESG) standards, which enhances the competitiveness of the Saudi economy and attracts foreign investments seeking sustainable working environments.
Strategic goals and international partnerships
Through this international gathering, the ministry seeks to achieve several key objectives, most notably:
- Enabling partnerships: Opening new horizons for integration between the public, private and non-profit sectors.
- Sharing experiences: Providing an opportunity for local and international companies to showcase their pioneering experiences in the field of sustainability.
- Stimulating innovation: Discussing developmental challenges and finding creative solutions that serve communities.
The organization of this event reflects the Kingdom’s rising international standing as one of the fastest-growing economies in the G20, and a leading nation driving the global movement towards a more sustainable and responsible future.
